The Port of Savannah is one of the busiest in the country. The view from the Savannah River Bridge looking up river to the modern port area is spectacular. I intend to work further on this study and photograph the City of Savannah from the bridge on my next visit.

Bonaventure Cemetery, Savannah, GA, Infrared Photos
Bonaventure Cemetery is probably the most famous cemetery in Savannah. This cemetery was featured in the book and movie, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. It is a great setting for taking photographs and in this case I used a digital infrared camera. This series, I left the color cast in the photos. In The Yard, Steamtown Nat’l. Historical Site
Steamtown in Scranton, PA, is a great place to take photographs of trains. The yard and museum is a rich mixture of railroad history, with a working modern railroad running through it, and a trolley museum next door.
Rt 115, North Carolina, Old Store and Garage
This study is of an old store and garage on Rt. 115 in North Carolina outside of Charlotte. I intend to produce a couple quality color and black and white prints from this series.
Hilton Head Island, Sinking of a Shrimp Boat
I have been photographing the shrimp boats on Hilton Head Island. One boat that had caught my attention was an small old shrimp boat docked at Hudson’s Seafood Restaurant. When I first photographed, she was aground but upright. Obviously her condition has deteriorated.

It is always exciting when visiting Steamtown, National Historic Site, Scranton, PA, to see their local steam excursions run through the yard and than out on the main line for a short distance.

Haunted Walke Asylum
Honesdale Rotary Club and Honesdale Hight School Interact Club presented the Haunted Walke Asylum. The proceeds are to be used by the interact Club for its mentoring program. The event was held on the grounds of the Himalayan Institute.
